Responsibilities:

1. Publisher Relationship Management:

  • Primary Point of Contact: Be the go-to person for assigned clients.
  • Understanding Business Objectives: Dive deep into their business goals, challenges, and needs.
  • Building Strong Bonds: Cultivate enduring relationships with our valued clients.

2. Business Development:

  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard new partners.
  • Spotting opportunities: discover fresh business prospects within existing accounts.
  • Meeting revenue targets: drive results and achieve revenue goals.

3. Partner Satisfaction:

  • Timely solution delivery: ensure our solutions are delivered promptly and successfully.
  • Responsive communication: address partner inquiries, concerns, and feedback with agility.
  • Exceptional service: strive for outstanding customer satisfaction.

4. Collaboration:

  • Internal alignment: collaborate closely with internal teams (such as Customer Service and Product Development) to enhance the partner experience.

2+ prior experience in the digital advertising industry, especially related to mobile app user acquisition, would be an advantage.
